Refund policy

RETURNS
Returns charged to the customer or handled by us at a cost of €9.99 in Italy. Free of charge if for causes attributable to our error. Returns outside Italy , the cost will vary between €14.99 - €159.99, depending on the country and product size and weight. 

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. The customer will be able to decide whether to have a replacement of the item or a refund, which is the full amount of the order less any return costs.
